I can't get any of the links to work!  Is it just me?

HOn3 General Discussion Forum / Re: PECO Code 70 HOn3 track & switches?

I bought a couple to test.  They look very nice and BS K-27's go through without a hitch in all directions.  I dont have them installed anywhere yet, I've only bench tested them so I cant speak to durability with a tortoise or other switch machine installed but we've had very good luck with HO SG peco switches at the museum.

I just learned from another forum of Wolfgang's passing, very sad news.  I loved his willingness to share and teach, he will be missed.

Here is a link to his Pueblo and Salt Lake thread here:

Wow!  I'm going to have to try that out.

I see you use Sergent coupler too!

The last I heard their next announcement will be in Seattle at the NNGC.

Hey Gang,

I reworked the end of the branch and after running some virtual trains up there found a way to include a TT and runaround.  I'm busy the next couple days but will post a revised trackplan soon.

We should have a section in the forum for "Challenges".  Each new challenge should have a sticky with the rules on top.  Just a thought...

Hmmm, I did just order 4 kits from Caboose!  So ya count me in!

Now what should I build?  34' stockcar or 40' reefer....

How 'bout a sight glass on one side to see the water level, an' maybe an open fill hatch with some envirotex poured over a small gloss black peice of something or other to represent the water inside.  Only visible up close but still seems cool in my looney mind!!
