New from Ft. Worth, Texas
« on: November 29, 2012, 11:15:23 PM »
My name in John and I live in NW Ft. Worth, I been modeling in narrow gauge (D&RGW) for many years. Back in the early 80's it was HOn3, then in the late 80's it was Sn3, don't know why I left Sn3, but I did, what a great scale. Was out of modeling narrow gauge railroading for years, but now that Blackstone is here I'm ready to model again. Have collected several Blackstone items and am preparing to start a new layout, around 4" by 12". I also have some Lionel, G-gauge, and have done 1 1/2" scale railroading over the last 20 years. I'm retired so I now have the time to do railroading again. John

Welcome John. I agree that Sn3 is a great scale, but due to size and cost, I'll be sticking with HOn3. Blackstone is definitely making it easier for me, as one of their C-19's is my only operating engine at the moment. Good to have you aboard, and good luck with your layout. Keep us informed.
