Blackstone K-28/K-36 Update
« on: August 12, 2015, 10:50:24 AM »
E-mail Blackstone yesterday and asked if they would have a model of these engines at the Houston Narrow Gauge Convention in Sept. 2015. Got an answer back, as of now the engines are not going to be produced this year and maybe by the end of 2016 they could be in production. Answer said that personal and production problems were their reason for the delay, I might think that it is China and cost of producing these engines could also be a factor, but sounded more like an internal problem with Blackstone. Whatever happens I'm sure they will cost more then preproduction prices were quoted, but we will see.
